How I found MLM
Ok i’ve scrubbed all the filth of my keyboard to write this.
This is the story of how God led me here.
I have not been on the net very long so i didn’t have a lot of surf knowledge.
Anyway i used to visit a site( not relevant any more.com lol) every day to read their daily forums
It was an assortment of odd,sometimes grizzly,sometimes disgusting news storys that they dragged up from somewhere,and every one in the forums would comment on the
story, now this site and forum was quite a freakshow and these people fitted .in perfectly.
I used to lurk here , i signed up but never posted,but i confess i found some of them funny,
in a deranged kind of way.After a while ( 4months) God was speaking to me about
giving it up,so i said if i am going to be online i want something better than dead end
places like this,any way on what turned out to be the last day i was on that site
there was a story about such and such so i went to the forum regarding this story
and one of the posters made reference to another poster about the story with a link
to another page (am i making sense) so i clicked on the link to see what this page
was about,anyway on this page was a small reference to Dittytalk.com,a Christian
chatsite,i thought this looks interesting so i clicked and had a look.
After eyeballing it for a while i decided to join up, so i sign up, get my homepage
and fill in the details,pull myself an avatar and go check out the forums
-You have to remember that the concept of bareing myself (figurativley) to the
world was a bit strange but i figured i am like that in real life so theres no point
in doing otherwise online cause i can’t pretend, although i learnt pretty quickly
to be a bit wiser-hey Brad-anyway a few days later a note appeared
in my comments box and it was from some dude named Two Blind Squirrels,
i finally figured out how to get to his page and my senses were instantly assaulted
with a coloured page and this radio on with this American guy and his wife,
i had never seen a podcast radio before so that was a novelty in it self,
I listened for a while and found this man to be very funny and sincere
so i IMed him to say g’day and we got talking from there and he invited me over here
i lurked here for a bit before coming in and i have to admit i wasn’t sure cause at the
time you were disscusing the Daniel thing and a lot of it had to do with
numbers,70 weeks and such and i am really bad with numbers(i got honours in
in science and english every year at tech and every year i would fail dissmaly at maths)
so all you throwing around numbers scared me a bit,i think i have some understanding of Gods word except when it comes to time lines and such(i’m rambling) anyway so Brad posted
“Who is he” at D/T and i threw in my two cents(with no numbers) and then he mailed me
to tell me that he posted my reply here ,i thought oh no here is my simplified little version amongst the
pinnacle of Theological expousion ,i was kinda embarrased,although i realise you are not like this now…Sooo i joined up and thats how i came to write this and tell you how i got here and the best part is God has blessed me with some special people(you know who you are:) and a place that i am enjoying ,i thank him for doing this for me and
from that day i have never been back to that site and i don’t miss it one bit
