To get some random text type the following in Word and press enter: =rand()
For Lorem Ipsum text type the following and press enter:=lorem()
You can adjust the amount of text by modifying the code like so: =rand(3,10) or =lorem(3,20) by using any value you choose for the paragraph and number of lines.
