Blog Rebooted

I am nuking the archive that was rolled into this blog when the Squirrels moved the MLM blogs over to WordPress. I had been using using the old blog for Bible study notes, but all those notes need to be rewritten, and there is no reason to inflict the pre-alpha version of my Bible study onto an unsuspecting world.

It is not clear what this blog is going to be. I’ve got other blogs which serve as diaries, recounting odd events that I will want to remember, or that I want to share with my friends. (E.g http://www.xanga.com/lclough23, and http://lclough23.blogspot.com/ ) Of course, the problem with that is, when stuff happens, I’m too busy to write, and when I have time to write, nothing much is going on.

So this blog should be something different, somehow. My current plan is to throw a bunch of stuff at the wall and see what sticks. Not a very elaborate plan, but simple plans have always worked for me.

    Seriously I am glad you are posting again. Larry speak…creative ;)

    Be careful what you actually throw against the wall here though. Sticky stuff is hard to clean up. :P

    I thought that it might be “thematic.”

    :) Seriously, I really feel like I should be “adding value” by contributing solid content, but I don’t want to take myself TOO seriously (’cause I know that no one else does ;) ).

    MLM and the Squirrels are very important to me now, and I want this to be a focus. I’m glad that folks are interested in what I have to say.

    I can hardly wait to see what you come up with. I am not sure how you will remember you have a blog if you are planning to have a blog to help you remember things you forgot though. All the same I am excited to see the new Larrys Lair.

    I have a list of blogs to look at, and my original paper diary, that I review periodically. As long as my thoughts are written down somewhere, I eventually come back to them.

    Yeah, well, I’m kinda up to my eyeballs in actual job-related work. I don’t have much starch left at the end of the day.

    Interestingly, I posted a blog entry on 3 September, and it seems to not be there.

    Edit: OOPS, operator error — I hit “Save” instead of “Publish” on the third. It is there now.
