If you guys want to do a "Retro Geek" like I mentioned on episode 72 then lets do it this way. Do it by decades! List up to 10 movies since I will pick the top 10 for each decade.

Best of the 2000's
Best of the 90's
Best of the 80's
Best of the 70's
Best of the 60's
Best of the 50's
And best of the first half of the 20th century

Should be fun!

I'm sorry, it's Plan 9 from outer space. It's possibly the worst sci-fi movie EVER. But its a classic.
And I pray that you grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ.

Um... where s War Games??? C'mon. That movie birthed a geek ON THE SPOT!! (yeah, me!!) I had to learn how to do everything (except narly start a war) that he did. Seriously, I do beleive that played a major part in my becoming a hacker and then a legit programmer.

Sad huh?

Everytime I play tic tac toe with my daughter, I think of that movie. I always wanted to play Global Thermoneuclear War.

Guys, we need to have a common corpus of material.

Everyone must see "Plan 9 from Outer Space." It would be helpful to see Tim Burton's film "Ed Wood" to understand the context.
